From Teleon's Admin Console, you can resend an email invite to an organization member who already has a Teleon account.
1. Click the Organization Members tab from the left-hand menu.
2. Click the action menu for a user (3-dot icon located on the right-hand side) and select the Change Login option.
3. Select a Password option (Auto-generate password or Enter password).
4. Select the checkbox at the bottom of the page and click the Update button.
Teleon will send another email invite to this user with their login credentials. The previously issued login credentials will no longer be valid.
