For an existing patient profile, you can add profiles of the patient’s family members. These family profiles can be viewed by your organization members assigned to this patient.
- Click the Family tab from the top menu of the patient profile page.
- Click the Add Family Profile button at the top right of the page.
- On the Family Profile page, enter the family member’s information and click the Add Profile button at the bottom of the page.
- You're only required to enter a family member’s first name and last name to create a profile. You have the option of entering other profile information such as a family member’s address and phone number.
- After the family member’s profile has been created, your organization members assigned to this patient will be able to view this family member’s profile from their Teleon app (Patients menu option).
