You can create Teleon app accounts for your patients and their family members so that your organization members can communicate securely with them.
- Click the Patients & Families tab from the left-hand menu.
- Click the action menu for a patient or family member (3-dot icon located on the right-hand side) and select the Invite to Teleon option.
- Teleon will send an email invitation to this patient/family member with instructions for logging into the Teleon app.
- You will also see an orange Pending label next to the patient/family member’s profile. After the patient or family member has logged into Teleon for the first time, this Pending label will disappear and a green Teleon User label will appear.
