From the Teleon Admin Console, you can create Teleon app accounts for your patients and their family members and send invites so that your organization members can communicate securely with them.
From the profile page of a patient or family member:
1. Click the Invite to Teleon App button under Communication Preference > Secure Messaging section.
2. In the Invite to Teleon App modal, select the invite method (Email or SMS), enter the patient/family member’s email or mobile phone number (if not already pre-filled), and click the Invite button.
An email or SMS invite will be sent to the patient or family member with signup instructions. Once the invited user completes signup, the orange “Pending” status label next to the user’s profile will be replaced by a green “Teleon User” label.
From the main Patients & Families list page:
1. Click the action menu for a patient or family member (3-dot icon located on the right-hand side) and select the Invite to Teleon App option.
2. In the Invite to Teleon App modal, select the invite method (Email or SMS), enter the patient/family member’s email or mobile phone number (if not already pre-filled), and click the Invite button.
