You can remove or deactivate a patient/family member’s Teleon app account by following these steps:
- Click the Patients & Families tab from the left-hand menu.
- Click the action menu for a patient or family member (3-dot icon located on the right-hand side) and select the Remove App Account option.
Note:
- Even after the patient/family member’s Teleon app account has been removed, the profile of that patient or family member will remain and be accessible by you and your organization members.
