You can assign organization members to a patient to provide them with access to the patient profile and allow them to communicate securely with the patient and/or her family members using the Teleon app.
- Click the Care Team tab from the top menu of the patient profile page.
- Click the Add Member button at the top right of the page.
- From the Provider(s) field, search for and select your organization members to assign to the patient.
- Select an option under the Permission Level for Patient Communication section.
- Click the Add button.
The added organization member will be able to view this patient’s profile in his Teleon app (Patient menu option).
