After you have sent a form to a recipient via email, SMS, or Teleon App, you can track the status and various activities related to the form in the Activity Report page. The Activity Report page is also available for forms submitted via the Web Link, but the information will only become accessible for a recipient after the form has been submitted.
1. Open your form and click the Sent tab.
2. For a recipient, click the green Details button located under the Activities column.
3. From the Activity Report page, you can view the form status (Pending, Completed) and key activities associated with the form, including the following:
- Form sent to recipient
- Form viewed by recipient
- Form submitted by recipient
- Form signed by recipient (if form includes signature field)
- PDF of completed form sent to recipient
- PDF of completed form viewed by recipient
